When will the game begin?
October 15 and it will take 5 weeks
I work full time. Will I be able to participate?
All tasks are intended to be performed at home. You won't need to dedicate more than 30-40 minutes to complete each task.
You have two options:
1)You can get up early and dedicate half an hour to a morning workout.
2)You can get home before midnight, complete your task and upload it to your personal page. The pace of the Game is quite manageable. Most can even find the time to complete the tasks during the day, while taking breaks at work. You could just spread out the task over a couple of time intervals!
What should I do if I can't complete the tasks every day?
There is a weekly DROP-OUT challenge, which is mandatory (of course only if you want to complete the Game). This task is usually released every at Friday 20:00 and you have 28 hours to complete it. The other tasks are not mandatory, but if you are in the Game for results, we highly recommend that you complete all tasks.
How much time should I dedicate to training?
40 minutes a day
What if the timezone diference, how I can train?
As others. It is enough time for all to complete the task.
What is the deadline to submit reports?
The deadline is 11:59PM the following day by Dubai Timezone
Are there different tasks for women and men?
The tasks are identical for both men and women.
How are people eliminated?
Not following simple and straight forward rules. Inappropriate behavior during the Game (for example: participants that engage in promoting a business or selling a product through the Game, or participants that engage in any kind of bullying or insults throughout the Game). Not completing the weekly DROP- OUT challenge. (Completing the task late/not submitting a report/not completing the task correctly or having the weakest result among the participants).
Do I have to Video Record How I complete the tasks?
Find some solutions. U can use table, books or another furniture. Or try to join somebody in the Game.
What I need to do if I don't have a person who take a photo of me?
Find some solutions. U can use table, books or another furniture. Or try to join somebody in the Game.
How will you know that i've completed the task or that I've completed the task Correctly?
Daily tasks are reported and tracked on the personal page of each participant; you simply submit a short written report. Special tasks (like the weekly DROP-OUT challenge) should be accompanied by a video recording in the report. Everything should be uploaded onto your personal page. The administrators will verify all reports.
I'm too shy to post pictures of myself working out on social media.
Posting your pictures on Instagram or any other social media platform is not mandatory. You may post if you wish to share your experience with your friends/followers and get some extra motivation. Although, participants that are also active on Instagram will get a chance to participate in additional prize draws.
Is everyone going to see how I complete my tasks?
No, only the administrators will see your reports
How does voting happen and how are the winners determined?
Voting happens inside the portal and only the participants may vote. Anyone who submitted a properly formatted "Before" and an "After" picture may receive votes. The participant that received the most votes gets the grand prize.
Where can I pick up my prize?
Once the results are released, the winners will be contacted by the administrators to coordinate all the details.
Can I cash value of the prize?
No.
Can I change on prize to another?
You can communicate with person who win prize which u want and negotiate about trade your prize.
I live in another city/Country, how can I pick up my prize?
Nowadays, there is no trouble with the mail, so not to worry.
I have certain restrictions due to my Health, can I still participate?
The Game involves numerous different exercises (sit-ups, running, jumping, push-ups, etc.) You should consult your doctor (showing him/her the types of exercises that you will do), in order to understand whether or not you may participate.
Am I healthy enough to workout?
We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before signing up to participate in the Game. Let your doctor know that you are planning to have intense workouts 5-times a week for the next month. Please remember, having your doctor's permission to participate doesn't mean that you are guaranteed to have proper technique while preforming the workouts. Take care of yourself and always pay attention to your technique..

No. The intensity and the amount of exercise is the same for all participants.

We provide recommendations on proper diet and nutrition. Also we provide universal ready to use diet plans . It is up to you, whether or not you want to follow our recommendations. You decide, but if you want to see real results, you will need to have a proper diet.
